Can I book a Calierra stay now?
Not yet. We are securing our first property. Our stays are coming soon, and confirmed photos, amenities, rates and availability will be published before reservations open.
Where will Calierra offer vacation rentals?
Our focus is the Orlando area in Central Florida. The exact location of each home will be shared when the property is confirmed.
Will I be able to book directly?
Direct booking is planned. Once it is activated, you will be able to review availability, the full price and cancellation terms before making a secure reservation.
Are the homes shown on this website available?
The collection currently illustrates the design and stay experiences we are developing. These are concept properties, not confirmed inventory.
Can property owners partner with Calierra?
Yes. We welcome conversations with Orlando-area owners about their property, goals and potential fit. Services, responsibilities, launch timing and fees are agreed individually.
Will every home have a pool or family amenities?
Amenities will be specific to each confirmed home. Pool access, sleeping arrangements, accessibility, parking and child-friendly features will be listed on the property page.
How close will the homes be to the theme parks?
Journey times depend on the property address, your destination and traffic. We will provide location-specific guidance after each home is confirmed.
What are the cancellation terms and extra fees?
These will be published before booking opens. Every confirmed stay will show its cancellation policy and a complete price breakdown, including applicable cleaning fees and taxes.
